Hours & Booking
The wellness center is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with Saturdays by appointment and the gym open 24/7 with app access for members. Wright Wellness Center offers a full range of therapy and fitness services under one roof. On the therapy side you can book SoftWave Tissue Regenerative Therapy (TRT) for pain and injury recovery, hyperbaric oxygen therapy to support healing, red and near-infrared light therapy, and contrast therapy with our infrared sauna and cold plunge. On the fitness side we have a full 24/7 gym with personal training, plus tanning beds and booths. If you are not sure which service is right for you, just ask when you reach out and our team will point you in the right direction and help you book your first visit.
